Notice of Additional ESG-CV Funding 
 

The Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program has received an additional $22,438,703 to respond to COVID-19. See below for details on the plan to distribute funding.
 
The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) has released an amendment to the 2019-2020 State of Tennessee Annual Action Plan detailing new COVID-19 CARES Act funding for the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program. The ESG program has received a second allocation of $22,438,703 to prepare for and respond to COVID-19 related impacts for persons who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The total funding for ESG-CV from both rounds is $33,586,727.
Public comment requirements have been waived for the ESG-CV funding, so this notice serves as an announcement of the award and how ESG will utilize the allocation. See the link above for the full amendment details.

Notificación de la enmienda de financiación de la programa ESG (ESG CV) debido a la COVID 19
La Agencia de Desarrollo de Viviendas de Tennessee (THDA) ha publicado una enmienda al Plan de acción anual del estado de Tennessee 2019-2020 que detalla los nuevos fondos de la Ley CARES por la COVID 19 destinados al programa de Subvención de soluciones de emergencia (ESG). El programa ESG ha recibido una segunda asignación de $22,438,703 (por un total de $33,586,727) a fin de prepararse y responder a los impactos relacionados con la COVID 19 para ayudar las personas sin hogar o en riesgo de quedarse sin hogar.
Para la financiación del programa ESG-CV se han eliminado todos los requisitos de comentarios públicos, por lo que este aviso sirve como anuncio de la adjudicación y como explicación de cómo el programa ESG utilizará la asignación.
