USDA Rural Development’s Housing Preservation Grant (HPG)

The USDA Rural Development office in Nashville awarded MAAG a $45,000 grant through its Housing Preservation Grant (HPG) Program.   This grant program promotes homeowner repairs, and these funds will be used along with THDA weatherization funds from Delta HRA and THDA emergency repair from MAAG.  USDA Rural Development presented MAAG with the $45,000 grant award on September 21st at the home of Dorothy Cordle, in Brighton, TN.
